Terms & Conditions
ASChauffeured Terms & Conditions for Mercedes-Benz and Maybach chauffeur services across Greater Sydney and point-to-point transfers from Sydney to Canberra.
By ticking "I have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy" at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

ASChauffeured is authorised as a Booking Service Provider by the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner.
Booker — the person who creates and pays for the booking. Passenger — the person(s) receiving the service (may differ from Booker). Chauffeur — the licensed driver engaged by ASC. Booking Confirmation — written confirmation issued by ASC after full payment. Standard Booking — a Point to Point service (one-way or return) or Hourly / As Directed (minimum two hours). Special Booking — any booking using a VIP Vehicle, or any Wedding Hire, Special Event, Formal Event or Full Day Hourly Hire. VIP Vehicle — Maybach S 680, Maybach GLS 600, VIP Sprinter. ACL — Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). pickup time — scheduled pickup date and time in the Booking Confirmation, pickup-location local time.
3. Contracting Model
ASC contracts with the Booker as a principal, not as an agent. Where ASC uses a partner driver or vehicle to fulfil a booking made through an official ASC channel, ASC remains responsible to the Booker for the service. ASC provides chauffeur transport and private tours only — no vehicle rental without a driver.
4.1 Point to Point: Pickup from a confirmed address, transport to a confirmed destination.
4.2 Airport Transfer: Point to Point to or from an airport. Meet-and-greet (name board) is included for all airport pickups. Airport parking is charged at actual cost, separately.
