2. Relationship With Terms & Conditions
This Disclaimer must be read together with ASChauffeured's Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions prevail.

Where ASChauffeured facilitates bookings for third‑party providers (including limousine operators, personal assistants, or vehicle rental providers), ASChauffeured acts solely as an agent and does not own, operate, or control those services.

Vehicle types, routes, schedules, and services are subject to availability and may change due to operational, safety, or regulatory requirements.
6. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by ASChauffeured's Terms & Conditions or the applicable third‑party provider's policies.
7. Force Majeure
ASChauffeured is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, accidents, road closures, government actions, or industrial disputes.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
