ASChauffeured Terms & Conditions for Mercedes-Benz and Maybach chauffeur services across Australia.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when ASC has accepted the booking details and full payment has been received. A quote, enquiry, availability request or form submission does not create a confirmed booking.
Standard Cancellation Policy
For standard bookings, cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are 100% non-refundable. No-shows are 100% non-refundable.
Special Booking Cancellation Policy
Maybach S 680, Maybach GLS 600, VIP Sprinter, wedding bookings, event bookings, formal bookings and full-day hourly hire are non-refundable once confirmed.
Booking Amendments
Customers may request booking changes more than 24 hours before pickup. Changes are subject to availability and may require recalculation of the fare. Changes requested within 24 hours of pickup are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Airport Transfers
Airport pickup timing is based on actual aircraft landing time where correct flight details are supplied. Airport pickups include complimentary meet-and-greet. Airport parking is charged separately based on actual parking costs.
Waiting Time
Complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes for standard pickups, 30 minutes for domestic airport pickups from actual aircraft landing time, and 60 minutes for international airport pickups from actual aircraft landing time. Additional waiting time is charged by the minute based on the selected vehicle's hourly rate.
Additional Costs
Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, additional parking, route changes, additional stops, additional distance, vehicle upgrade, passenger/luggage mismatch or service extensions.
Child Seats and Luggage
Child seats must be requested at booking. Passenger count, luggage count and oversized luggage details must be provided so ASC can allocate a suitable vehicle.
Privacy and Conduct
ASC treats passenger, itinerary and booking details confidentially. Smoking, vaping, drugs, unsafe behaviour, abusive behaviour and illegal activity are not permitted in ASC vehicles.
